The Terms and Conditions constitute the formal agreement between IBID Education BV (hereafter: IBID) and the client (may be a parent, a student, a teacher as well as an educational organization.) If the agreement concerns a\u00a0<\/i>program<\/i><\/b>, then the Terms and Conditions in Box 1 are applicable. Terms and Conditions in Box 2 are applicable for <\/i>other services.<\/i><\/b>

BOX 1: PROGRAMS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

By sending the application form, the client confirms that he\/she has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

1.1 APPLICATION<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Application through the application form is one-off and counts in principle for all subsequent years in which the client wants to make use of IBID\u2019s educational services. However, the \u2018move-on\u2019 to a subsequent academic year is not tacit; it will be discussed in due time with the client. The client will receive an invoice per academic year, based upon the fee determined for that relevant academic year, as stated on IBID\u2019s website and in article 1.2 from \u2018Terms and Conditions\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n
